TikTok affiliate invites, sent in the background.
Save a creator search as a campaign. Collabrun keeps finding creators who match it and sends them TikTok target collaboration invites with your commission, free samples and message, until your shop's weekly invite allowance is used.
Campaigns come with a paid plan. The affiliate dashboard is free for every connected shop.

How a campaign sends TikTok collab invites
- It starts as soon as you switch a campaign on, and picks up again every day.
- Invites go out as TikTok target collaborations, in full groups of 50 creators. Creators left over wait for the next group, so no group goes out half empty.
- Each invite carries your commission, the free samples you offer and your message.
- Collabrun reads what is left of your shop's weekly allowance from TikTok, and stops when it is used, when TikTok stops accepting invites for the day, or when no matching creators are left.
- It runs without you. You can leave the page and come back to see who was invited.
One message, each creator's name
Write the invite message once. Put TikTok's own name variable, {{creators username}}, where the name goes, and TikTok fills in each creator's name when the invite arrives.
Stuck for words? Collabrun drafts a message from the campaign's own facts: your shop, its products, the commission and the free sample. You edit it before it is used.
Follow up with creators who have not posted
TikTok does not tell sellers when a creator accepts an invite, so Collabrun watches what it can see: videos and showcase adds. When an invitation still has neither after the number of days you choose, Collabrun follows up, by direct message or with a second invitation, for up to four steps.
Follow-ups stop as soon as the invitation shows a video or a showcase add.
Never the same creator twice in a row
- "Do not re-invite within 90 days" by default. Pick any number from 1 to 365.
- Creators already in a live collaboration with your shop are skipped.
- So are creators who have already accepted, and any you have excluded.
- So are creators TikTok says your shop has already contacted this period.
Stop a campaign at any time
Pause stops a campaign straight away. Resume starts it again from where it stopped, still inside the same weekly allowance.
The weekly allowance belongs to your shop, not to Collabrun, so invites sent from Seller Center or another app use it too. How TikTok's invite limits work.
Questions
What is a TikTok target collaboration?
It is TikTok's name for an invitation a seller sends to chosen creators: a commission on chosen products, and free samples if you offer them. Collabrun sends its invites as target collaborations.
How many affiliate invites can my shop send?
TikTok sets the limit for each shop. As of October 2026 we measured a weekly allowance of 7,000 invitations and 200 invitation groups a day, each of up to 50 creators. TikTok can change both. Collabrun reads what is left of your weekly allowance from TikTok.
Do I have to approve each group of invites?
No. Once a campaign is switched on it sends in the background. Pause it at any time.
Will Collabrun invite the same creator again?
Not within your re-invite window, 90 days unless you change it, and never a creator already in a live collaboration with your shop. Creators who have not posted get a follow-up instead.
Which plan includes campaigns?
Any paid plan: $99 a month for one shop, or the bundle for up to 10 shops. The affiliate dashboard is free.
